Your support will help rural Nicaraguans access medicine and transportation for specialist doctor visits, contribute to the care for patients with neurological conditions such as epilepsy and multiple sclerosis, help reduce teenage pregnancy rates, and help prevent chronic asthma and diarrhea. All winners will receive a limited edition Comunidad Connect art poster designed by New York-based artists.
