Songs that make a difference
Join us in May for “Songs For Good” – A showcase of music videos from the Comunidad Connect family of friends. This is a free event for all ages to enjoy as part of our efforts to raise funds for our special needs patients in Nicaragua. We will be broadcasting live on Facebook and sending the show afterwards via email to our community.
The “Together For Health” program began in 2014 to serve neurological and pediatric patients in Los Robles and the neighboring community of San Esteban. The program currently provides year-round care for 15 patients and their families.
Our continuum of care includes monthly homes visits, transportation to specialists, and medicine.
