Donor Immersion Trips

Los Robles Health Clinic operated by Comunidad Connect

Support what you love and love what you support!

Donor Immersion Trips are a chance for Comunidad Connect supporters to get first-hand experience and learn about the work of Comunidad Connect and its impact firsthand.  Donor Immersion Trips are led by Jon Thompson, or Roman Yavich, the co-founders of Comunidad Connect.
The group will visit all Comunidad Connect programs in two rural communities and volunteer on an appropriate technology construction project. Participants will stay at an eco-lodge on an organic coffee farm close to Los Robles and San Esteban, two rural communities with ongoing CC programs in youth development, health and clean water.
Trips are either eight or 5 days in length and are priced at cost to make the experience as affordable as possible. We really want all of our supporters to come to experience Nicaragua with us. To be eligible for a donor immersion trip, you must have contributed $350 in the past 12 months to Comunidad Connect. Alternatively, we encourage you to join one of our volunteer adventures.
